2026 Rates

• Rates are inclusive of 15.5% VAT and 2% tourism levy.
• Full payment must be received at least 14 days before arrival.
• For groups (12+ clients), a non-refundable deposit must be paid 30 days before arrival. Payment in full must be received 14 days before the group’s arrival.
• Cancellation policy applies.
• All rates are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at booked rates.
• Check-out time is 10 am. Check-in time is 2.00 pm.
• All rates include a full breakfast & Wi-Fi.
• All bank charges are for the account of the payee.

Cancellation Policy:
• 0 – 14 days before travel: 100% cancellation
• 15 – 30 days before travel: 50% cancellation

Children’s Policy:
• Children over 12 are charged at the full rate.
• We regret we cannot accept children under 5 years
